TOKYO (Reuters) – Sony Corp mentioned on Tuesday it had changed the chief government of its gaming unit along with his British deputy, as revenue falls and the corporate appears to be like to the launch of its subsequent console.

Sony Interactive Leisure mentioned Deputy President Jim Ryan would turn into president and CEO from April 1. The appointment comes days after the unit reported falling earnings as its hit PlayStation four console nears the top of its lifecycle.
