Mumbai: A 32-year-old man was pushed to dying in entrance of a transferring truck after he refused to provide his cellphone for making a name. The incident occurred in Yatrik Bar, Mumbai on Saturday. The accused was a 29-year-old man who has been arrested by the police.

Based on a report within the Mumbai Mirror, the sufferer, Kishor Kailat succumbed to his accidents on Sunday. The police mentioned, Kishor was consuming on the bar alongside along with his pal Vijay Salve. The accused was recognized as Shiva Mohite. 

In the meantime, the Mohite was launched to Kailat however the police are attempting to establish whether or not the sufferer and accused had been recognized to one another or not. Vijay instructed police that the difficulty began when Shiva requested Kishor to provide his cell phone as he needed to make a name.

This led to an argument between the 2 and Shiva threatened to kill Kishor. After which Kishor left the bar however Shiva adopted him with a knife. In the meantime, in a rage, Shiva pushed him in entrance of a transferring truck. 

Nevertheless, a case was registered and the accused was arrested on Sunday.
